Although we don`t have a pool on-site, your stay includes complimentary access to the nearby Swim Club, a stylish outdoor pool and restaurant! Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool or dine at the restaurant by simply mentioning you`re with Austin Vacay and providing your reservation details. Both bedrooms on this floor serve as tranquil retreats, with the queen bedroom offering an armoire, closet, and a bed dressed in luxury hotel-quality linens. The primary bedroom exudes elegance with a king bed, reading chair, and access to a main floor patio complete with a porch swing. The accompanying bathroom, adorned with cool black hexagon tiles, a large sink, and a fully tiled glass rain shower, adds a touch of luxury to your stay.



Ascend to the second floor, and you`ll discover an open layout living space bathed in natural light and recently renovated to perfection. This space, which includes a powder room, living room, kitchen, and dining room, truly serves as the heart of the home. Guests will have access to the entire house including the covered outdoor patio. This is a house built behind another (smaller) house. The tenant in the front house is rarely there. Nonetheless, it`s completely accessible and separate from the front house.

Overall it was good. We didn’t realize how close to the freeway the house was. Lots of freeway noise. The TV station availability was not that great for us but we managed. Unfortunately I left 3 bracelets. I told the property manager right where I left them. But it seems someone would rather 1. Not take the time time to look for them or 2. Would steal them. They were not expensive but very sentimental. Disappointing.

Spacious and comfy

Pros: lots of space, easy check in, private, beds were comfy, lots of bathrooms for all of us, close to our local destinations. Would stay again.Cons: no closet access in primary suite, coffee maker did not work. Some highway noise, but not bothersome.

All around perfect!

The location couldn’t be any better. Literally 10 minutes or less to every spot we went. The view was amazing and the second floor patio was a bonus. Even though it’s close to the freeway, we could barely hear the noise, and I think the slight bustling helped me sleep. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely stay again.

Graduation weekend

Perfect location for my UT grad weekend. Even with all the traffic less than 10 min to the multiple ceremonies. Great access to grab food and come back. The house is well equipped with everything you need, the beds are nice and comfortable. I wish I had found this place earlier in the last 4 years.

We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The check-in/checkout process and communication was all so easy. The unit itself was even better than expected, very clean and plenty of room for all of us. There’s not much within walking distance of the property itself, but it’s easy access off the highway and a short drive/Uber ride to downtown. Would definitely return in the future!

College Visit

We came to Austin to visit UT. The location of the home was perfect in terms of access to downtown and to the campus. Enjoyed the views from the unit. It is next to the highway, but that was not a problem. Overall, we found the home to be comfortable and clean. The property manager was very communicative.

Great place and location

This was a great house for our family’s trip. The second floor has an open floor plan and nice windows with views of downtown. We enjoyed cooking meals, playing games and watching movies in a very comfortable setting. The location was excellent for getting around quickly and the neighborhood is charming! The management company was very responsive and made the process very easy!

Roofing while Renting

The property was clean but the landscaping crews next door were very loud. Also, Who would put on a new roof WHILE the unit is rented? The mess and noise prevented us from resting. Lastly you should add this is a unit behind an existing house and you have to traverse by the garbage cans to get to the property which is very difficult if you have luggage.

Killer view

This super convenient unit was very spacious and immaculately clean. The large windows and patio look out at the University of Texas Bell Tower and football stadium. We walked to the concert venue in campus and felt safe all the way (even walking under the overpass of I35). One suggestion, more than one dish towel so we don’t have to use paper towels as much.
