Stayed here before a very early morning flight out of Austin Airport. Chose them because they provide complimentary 24 hour service to Austin airport. Was very pleased with my room. Very clean, black out shades and comfortable beds. Did not try their breakfast since my flight was very early but would definitely stay here again.

The AC never really got cold even at 64* it kept turning on and off making it feel very humid inside like a sauna. I checked in for 4 guest and only got 2 bath towels even after requesting more I didn’t get any. Staff was okay, could’ve been more cheerful they seemed very nonchalant. Check in took over an hour! Of just standing in line that was very disappointing, def should have more staff in shift it was only 7 pm… if would’ve been nice to know the pool wasn’t available during “winte” season ahead of arrival … it was 86* outside and we were looking forward to it. No sign was posted nor stated online :( the $15 per night parking fee is outrageous… I don’t really think it’s worth the stay… nothing really stood out… it was okay.

Clean and cozy. But no rollaway beds available at this property although mentioned in their amenities. Staff approachable but not above and beyond service. Was quiet and safe place to sleep overnight next to the airport. Shuttle service to and from airport definitely a plus.

Our room was really noisy from the air conditioner and highway. The bathroom offered no privacy due to the door design. It was nice of them to let us check-in really late but don’t think we’ll be staying there again to be honest.

I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived there was no staff available to check me in. I was unable to access the room I paid for. As a result, I could not stay at the property and had to leave and find alternative accommodations. I’m requesting a full refund due to failure to provide the booked service.
