The view from the balcony was incredible. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and setup well for our small family of 3). Rainey Street is very lively, not especially kid friendly later in the day but was fun to walk down mid-day. This is a great location sa you're steps away from Lady Bird Lake for a nice walking path. Would love to stay here again.
