This hotel smelled SO bad I can’t even describe it. It smelled like there was a funeral inside the lobby. My room smelled. Insanely loud and disrespectful guests next to and above me. U get what u pay for of course and I went cheap so I deserved it. 😂

First at check in they charged me 10 more then the final price i booked it for online and then charged me 100 deposit that i wont get it back for 3 to 10 days. The first room they put us in was a complete mess the paint was all messed up there was a tv and a microwave missing. Breakfast was terrible and my kids wouldnt even eat it. The staff was not nice

Would not recommend staying here. The staff was helpful and helped us swap our room when we originally got there because in the first room we were assigned the toilet was broken, the heater had been running so the room smelled bad & there was a roach in the bathroom and the shower was pretty dirty. After swapping our room the new one smelled like a complete hotbox and the AC di not work so we had to open the windows and overall wasn’t very clean but the shower was at least a bit better. Overall wouldn’t recommend it wasn’t a horrible experience but also not pleasant.

Breakfast was absolutely cold, and the first batch of bacon was burnt. Last night there was spiders all in the sheets. We used disinfectant spray so could at least sleep through the night. The images display upgraded modern rooms, but they are from being completely upgraded. The staff was friendly and attempted to be accommodating. Breakfast was absolutely cold, and the first batch of bacon was burnt.

Wish they had more ice machines and not make everyone use the 3rd floor and only have one elevator and also the homeless were very present and made me feel unsafe when out on back patio but everything else seemed to go fine ..not bad for the money
