The state was quite comfortable. The service from the downstairs clerk and bartender was professional and welcoming.

The only thing we didn't like was the "Bistro" in the lobby, where we should have been able to get breakfast, and food throughout the day. It seemed to be understaffed, and the person there was inexperienced. It took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee, and no one there was eating food, so we left.

Property was over priced. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was below average and kitchen is understaffed. 45 min for a heat and serve burrito and coffee. Every guest complained...

Our bistro is open from 6AM-10AM every day for breakfast. I apologize if you had trouble locating it. We hope you come back and see us again.

Clean. Nice, but hard bed
Publié le 13 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWas quiet. Bed was terrible though. It felt like lots of tight sheets... can't really explain it but way too firm/hard even. Breakfast attendant was nice and helpful. Overall great stay but would never come back just because of the bed. Thank God I only slept there one night. Very clean and very up to date decor.

I apologize we did not meet your expectations. Your experience is below our standards. Unfortunately, the beds are Marriott standard as we are required to use. I hope you are able to give us another try when you are in town again.
