The garage apartment was very comfortable, inviting, clean. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several places we wanted to be or Uber rides around $7 to $12. We would certainly stay here again!

Lovely unit above garage within 15 minutes of ATX attractions!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nick's above garage unit. The unit is exactly as pictured and has everything you will need for a visit to ATX, including an A/C unit, TV, mini-fridge/freezer, and even an oven and microwave! Nick responded timely to our request to stay as well as to a question we had during our stay. Highly recommend. The unit is within 15 minutes of the various ATX attractions, such as South Congress, Rainey Street, 6th Street, etc. We used Uber/Lyft to get around town. The home is not on a main road, so it's nice and quiet at night.

Immaculate Efficiency Rental in Great Neighborhood

Very good communication from property owner made arrival and entry into the rental seamless with no formal check-in required. The property and rental until were immaculate and a nice supply of linens were provided. Newly remodeled bathroom with nice roomy shower. Comfortable stay in a great neighborhood!

Cute, New & Close to Downtown

We enjoyed staying in this nice above the garage apartment. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There were some nights we could not even hear a dog barking. There are several restaurants to eat within a short walking distance or you can make the 2 mile trek to downtown Austin. Everything was within walking distance. This is a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Nice new garage apt. in good neighborhood. Cozy but adequate space even with our Labrador. Very convenient location for downtown activities and close to a couple dog parks and walks. Unfortunately yard and driveway are off limits.

Sweet getaway close to Downtown

Had a great time visiting Austin and garage apt was very new and clean. Access in and out was a breeze and parking was easy. The owners were friendly and I would recommend staying here to any parties of 1-2 people visiting the area.

Beautiful loft with a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard and lovely accommodations.

The loft was perfect! The area is quiet and the water fountain in their backyard is relaxing to hear as you fall asleep. My wife and I travel often to Austin for work and would absolutely book this property again. The cookies rocked too!!!

Perfect space for our stay

The studio was the perfect size for my Wife and I. It was very clean and contained everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. There was no need for a rental because all the sites and activities of Downtown Austin were only a $7 to $10 Uber ride. We would definitely stay with Nick again!

AMAZING little getaway! Great location, super nice

This was the PERFECT place for us! A great location, and a very nice little apartment that in the mornings felt almost like a luxury treehouse with a nice treetop view from bed from which we watched the squirrels play. Definitely plan to visit again! The cookies left for us for arrival were a great little gift! HIGHLY recommend!
