The main 3BR home’s open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area invites your guests to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Large windows offer a peak at the back patio, yard, and southern vistas to be enjoyed.



The kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal, including children’s dinnerware. A traditional drip coffee pot is provided along with complimentary coffee. The breakfast table has seating for 3 and the formal dining area has seating for 8.

We’re currently completing construction on the pool area with an estimated completion date in April . Access to the backyard is temporarily restricted but guests can still enjoy the back porch.



This 8-acre property is in a rural location and on top of a hill (with a great view). The last mile of the drive to the house is on a private gravel road. The driveway is also gravel and a bit bumpy and curvy - please drive slowly, especially at night.

poor preparation for condition of the water

The property is well appointed, but encountering an overwhelming sulfur smell from hot water use was a brutal start to our stay. The smell was so bad that we avoided showering and had interrupted sleep that first night -- a bad experience to overcome for the rest of the weekend. We thought we would have to move to a hotel as we couldn't fathom our celebratory wedding weekend without hot water.If the solution is to run the faucets for 45 minutes before the water is usable, then that should have happened before we arrived. At the very least, there should have been clear guidance at the property on how to remedy the smell and that the water was safe to use. This unfortunate beginning was overcome by the end of the weekend, but a great beginning would have set us up to enjoy from the start!

After a long drive to get to the property we were so glad to find that the house and casita were exactly as listed. There were even "extras" that made our stay a really good one. There was a high chair and a little step to help the toddler reach the sink to wash hands. The playground was used every day and was such a great bonus. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Probably the best vrbo i’ve rented. Kitchen was stocked amazingly, very clean, amazing view. My only issue regards one of the showers having a draining problem. The next morning my friend was showering in 2-3 inches of yesterday’s water. There was also a sulphur/rotten eggs smell every morning in the detached house.

We spent our son’s wedding weekend at this beautiful home. It is just as advertised and the pics are accurate. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit because of time and the weather but it was a nice set up. The casita is a great space. My nieces all enjoyed their private escape. When they say gravel driveway they are serious. We rented a small SUV so it wasn’t a problem. The driveway is a bit rugged but take it slow and your car will be fine.

This house is beautiful and well appointed with a beautiful view. It looks exactly like the photos. Having two elderly parents with us, I loved that this was all one story. There is a well stocked coffee bar and some snacks left for visitors. The management company was very responsive when I called. They answered my call and immediately addressed my schedule adjustment request. Also, the location is perfectly centralized for the wine/hill country attractions and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.

What a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful with quality design choices and furnishing.
