I RESERVED A KING ROOM AND DID IT WELL IN ADVANCE BUT DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID FOR. HAD NO ONE AT THE HOTEL EVEN INTERESTED IN CORRECTING THE WRONG DOING. WHY ASK A CUSTOMER TO CHOOSE THERE ROOM WHEN YOU HAVE NO INTENTION TO GIVE IT TO THEM OR EVEN MAKE SOME AMENDS. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Staff was great, we were able to check in early after flying in for a wedding. The only downfall was our shower did not have hot water. We took cold showers for two days, the last day it was slightly warm but no where it should have been.

The hotel was clean and in a great area of the city. The only negative was the fire alarm went off twice in two nights in the middle of the night. Not sure why as no one let us know. Otherwise we had a great time.
