Front door locked at 5p, had to ring bell and call to have someone unlock to have access to front desk Bfast for m 6-9 . Coffee not ready as of 6:18 No food ready?

Overall, the hotel is fine but the service is meh.

There is a sign at the lobby that indicates no smoking in the hotel and a $500 charge if you’re caught smoking. Totally understandable. But they charge $5 more per night for a “No Smoking room.” That’s just shady, misleading, and greedy. No mention about complimentary breakfast upon check-in and when I asked if they had a piece of fruit or muffin or anything upon check after I realized in an email that breakfast was included, they said no. That’s absolutely pathetic. Your guests pay for a night stay that includes breakfast but you can’t toss them a damn thing when they realize upon checking out that a breakfast was included, and your front desk attendant failed to mention it or the breakfast hours… I don’t care. Go hungry was the message I basically received. Do better.

I chose this hotel since I’m driving through and thought to stay somewhere with the free breakfast option. There wasn’t one.
