I have stayed here a couple of times while a friend of mine has been in a local hospital. It is convenient and easy to get to. When I checked in tonight they charged me a $50 deposit because I booked with Travelocity. Last time (Early March 2024) I booked through Travelocity I was not charged $50 deposit. I have never been charged by any other hotel chain for booking through a 3rd party company. Not only was my room more expensive this time, but I had to pay an extra $50. I also had to wait awhile for a desk clerk to be available and he was not wearing anything that identified him as a hotel employee. There are several hotels in this area and there are other choices. I may choose a different one next time.

I'm not one to rate many places, but felt inclined to add this. I first noticed an odor of some sort. The tub seemed stained, but nothing rubbed off (as if it was dirty). I stepped on some 'small hard things' (possibly stones) which led me to believe the carpets weren't vacuumed. The bathroom door was in need of replacement, the wood was coming apart. The bathroom wall and shower curtain had stains on it. Probably minor, but the shower head was pretty low. Parking also seemed a little limited - the side parking area was pretty dark. I prefer to have a clean/comfy place to stay, so unfortunately I crossed this place off my list. I imagine some may not have an issue with the things I listed, but they were pretty important to me.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay.We are working on renovating the hotel and training our new housekeepers so please forgive us. I hope you give us another chance in the future when we've had a chance to fix things up a bit.

We were surprised to see it was so dated. Construction was going in the hotel during our stay. The shower leaked lot of water around the tub and our entry key had to keep getting reactivated.

It’s in a great location, the room was really clean and well equipped. Overall it was a perfect stay!

It was okay but won’t be back.

The smell of weed was overtaking when stepping off the elevator onto the 3rd floor, the room was very clean but the beds were uncomfortable (like sleeping on floor. Constant dog barking started around 4am, there’s a doggy daycare next door.
