Lake Erie Vistas 4699 Lake Rd E. across from Sun Resorts Campground

Unit #307 is a newly owned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Lake Erie Vista. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is free WIFI and a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom has king bed, a 42' flat screen TV and a bath with a six-head spa shower.

Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with huge walk-in closet and a flat screen TV.

Third bedroom has full bed and twin.
The Guest Bath has jetted soaking tub & shower.

The living room and dining room offer incredible views of the lake. The dining table seats will seat 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the island. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa.

Our weekend stay was awesome! Beautiful condo and even better view of the lake. We were able to get to wineries easily with a convenient service across the way. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds for a great night’s rest.

We were a 3 generational party of 8, ages from 10 months to 65 years young. The condo was as listed and had more than enough room for my family. We were literally step to the lake with a small private beach with picnic tables, beach chairs, and fire rings at our disposal. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool, walking the grounds and visiting the area. The entire family agreed we would book this again. Thanks to our host for providing a wonderful place for our time away!

We had a great quick weekend at the condo. The view of Lake Erie was beautiful. There was a beach and fire pits although it was too cold to go out. The condo is very pretty and spacious. Would like to go back in the Summer so we could use more amenities.

This property was exactly as advertised. Tons of space for our extended family to stay for a volleyball tournament at Spire. The beds and couches were comfortable and clean. We are definitely considering a summer getaway to enjoy the balcony and beach amenities. All communication from the host was clear and helpful. The outside of the condo/full property was also clean, well-lit, and seemed very safe. We enjoyed visiting the area and patronized several businesses. The little mart across the street had all the items we had forgotten. There is a Giant Eagle in Geneva for full groceries. Mary’s Diner was a perfect breakfast stop. The Lake Erie Book Company was charming with an extensive book and coffee selection. I believe the only negative we experienced was a lack of really hot shower water. We assumed this was a property issue and not particular to this condo as many families were heading to the same tournament/same time as we were.

Spacious, gorgeous view, and quiet. Loved the balcony views of the water and having the pool as a swim option. Kitchen is large and has tons of options for serving. Pans are on the smaller side so bring extra if you have a big family. Rooms were clean, beds were cozy with plenty of extra blankets/sheets, and the strip is close by for touring. Our kids also loved the beach and dock - beautiful pictures and views!We had a slight delay with check in and property managers were quick to respond to support. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay again.
