The owner and son were very nice. The room was very small, not for 80 year olds. Many stairs to climb. No door on bathroom. Poor driveway, getting in. This B&B needs a lot of TLC. No door on the bathroom. Shower curtain fell down. The outside deck and river front was beautiful. We were celebrating our birthdays. Jessica's restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the loop train ride out of Delano. I gave a 3 overall rating only because i know the owners are really trying.

Anniversary/4th of July get away

Loved it from check in to check out. The owners are amazing and very friendly. Breakfast is delicious every time. Will definitely stay here again. Recommend to everyone thinking about going here.

Off Grid Paradise

Amazing! The views and area attractions are breathtaking! A quaint little B and B, off the grid paradise! Amanda's hospitality is outstanding! The included breakfast, superb even when it was a cold breakkfast. Amanda's cinnamon rolls, biscuits, and quiche excellent! She even sent us off with breakfast sandwiches and banana choc chip bread. I am now the proud owner of 2 of her charcuterie's! She is a talented artist to say the least! The property manager, Luis is very knowledgeable of the area and even took us on a little tour! He was attentive to our needs, kind, and has a great personality! We loved Luis! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!! We will be back!!

Very well pleased. Great service and food and loved to play in the river!!! Enjoyed the hot tub and the decor VERY impressive!! We would look for this as our stop!!
