Remodeled in 2013, this two level, end condo offers two large balconies.The main floor balcony is has a patio dining table and chairs for enjoying your meals outside. The other balcony, which can be accessed from both bedrooms on the second floor, has comfy patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views. You will find wood laminate floors on the main floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a Ÿ bath, the second bedroom has twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper is available in living room on the main floor. A full bath is located at the landing midway up the stairs to the second floor. A total of 1218 sq. ft. C54 | Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations. | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Horrible Birthday stay

The property is in dire need of maintenance! Mold and rust in the bathroom, bugs in the overhead lights. The twin beds still had plastic on box springs and you could hear every turn the sleeper made. Twin beds are too high off the floor too. The master toilet looked like someone had deficated and not flushed. The bed linens were questionable as to their cleanliness. Thank goodness we stayed out of the unit as much as possible. Please do some work before the next vacation-goers arrive. I have never experienced a VRBO like this and it makes me hesitant to book another. Clean up your act!!!!!

The listing showed the unit had a spa. However, when we got there, the spa had been drained for sometime was being sanded, which is certainly understandable, but disappointing that it was listed otherwise. We contacted the owners two times but no response.

Place was very roomy things were just old and outdated. Kitchen was well supplied, just a little disorganized. The screen doors were totally fallen off and ripped cannot close them. So couldn’t leave the doors open at night. The outside exterior lights were out of order and blinking all night. Was disappointing the pool was being renovated. It would’ve been nice to have known ahead of time. Was an eyesore to look at did not seem they were making any progress been two years since working on the pool. I has been many years since I have stayed at Bahia Vista but it’s outdated needs some upgrades. Know that it is hard to maintain an update things on the island.

Hidden Gem

The location is tucked away from all evening and nighttime noises coming from downtown, but, be aware, there are several stairs up to the front door and also inside the condo. The condo itself was spacious and clean, although it did show its age in a couple of places (as we all do), but nothing show-stopping. It has a beautiful view from the balconies attached to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. The beds were very comfortable. Our friends, my wife, and I had a great time and would return to this condo again.

Short family vacation

The property is located on the 2nd floor of a condominium building. The lower level has a great living room, kitchen is well stocked and large balcony with a bbq. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable but could use new carpet. Upper balcony is very relaxing with beautiful views. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have young children. Lots of stairs to carry strollers etc

Great place away from the main strip.

A few things could use an upgrade such as the screen doors and shower doors. Other than that it was a great location away from the main strip which was a short 10 minute walk. Halfway between was the Vons grocery store which was convenient. Two balconies was nice especially the upper one which had great views. Very spacious unit. Wifi was disconnected but we figured it out. TV looked disconnected too but we didn’t use it. I would definitely consider this place again.

Great views, nice outdoor patio space

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was not on one of the main streets that get a lot of golf carts traffic/noise, which was nice. It had a nice amount of space and we really liked the two balconies. The pool and hot tub were closed during our stay, but it wasn't a big deal since it was still early spring and not that warm. We had a great time.

Nice View!

Complex is nicely kept and the unit itself was clean and thoroughly equipped with all necessities. However, there are some updates that should be done (doors & knobs are very old & non-functional; blinds & curtains need replaced). Overall we enjoyed our short stay!

Missing it completely!

We spent Thanksgiving on this property, in Avalon. It is in need of work. We had to call maintenance three times and on a short holiday that's not what you could call restful. The dishwasher had it's water turned off, the guest shower dial was broken so you could not regulate the temperature and a fuse was blown where it didn't show it tripped on the panel. The most annoying thing of all however, was that both downstairs living area and master bedroom had vertical blinds that were broken and missing panels. The missing panels were strewn about the rooms in various locations, the floor, closets and behind furniture. We highly suggest investing in draperies rather than not being able to close up at night for privacy. We did enjoy our view from the second floor and found the condo clean and well equipped. Maintenance was prompt and very accommodating. Maintenance did express that they were sorry that we had to experience so many problems.
