Charming two story single family house in Avalon's prestigious south end. Located just 12 houses or 1-1/2 blocks from one of the nicest beaches in all of Avalon. Also across the street from the bay and one block from public dock. Sleeps 7-9. Three bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths. Includes 1 queen, two singles and full/twin bunk bed set. Queen pullout couch provides additional sleeping capacity. First floor has spacious kitchen/dining area, living room and powder room. Deck off of kitchen. Other amenities include central air, phone, cable, internet, washer/dryer, first floor decks as well as second floor decks front and back and outdoor shower.
