This charming 37m² studio offers a prime location right in front of the Ria, with easy access to top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants to suit every taste.
Thoughtfully designed with an open-concept layout, the studio combines comfort and functionality. The living area features a cosy single sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals together.
The fully equipped kitchenette comes with all the essentials, including an electric hob, a coffee machine, cookware, and utensils, making it simple to prepare your favourite dishes at home.
Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
The bathroom is complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a hassle-free stay.
Up on the mezzanine, you’ll find a restful double bed and a single bed, both dressed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a good night’s sleep.
For your comfort, the home is always professionally cleaned.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The single sofa bed is only suitable for children and/or teenagers up to 16 years old. If you wish to use it, please send us a request.
You will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the mezzanine.

This is one of the most central neighbourhoods in Aveiro, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. It is near several important cultural sites, including the Museu de Aveiro (Aveiro Museum), housed in the former Convento de Jesus. The museum showcases a mix of religious art and the region's history. The Sé de Aveiro (Aveiro Cathedral) is also nearby, offering insight into the city’s religious heritage.
The neighbourhood's proximity to the canals allows easy access to one of Aveiro’s most iconic experiences—riding a moliceiro, the traditional boats that were once used to harvest seaweed and are now a popular tourist attraction.
This area offers a variety of dining options, from traditional Portuguese cuisine to more contemporary choices. You can enjoy local delicacies like "ovos moles", a sweet treat made from eggs and sugar, a regional speciality.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
