OK for overnight stop, but needs a makeover.

Building and rooms are a bit tired and need sprucing up. Restaurant was good with hard working staff - enjoyed both main meal and breakfast. Overall it was quiet and peaceful, but the accommodation was not up to the standard we've seen from Campanile in the past. Staff were great and made us very welcome, although we had booked a double room and ended up with a twin which they could not exchange as they were full. Good to see a kettle and coffee making equipment in the room - so many hotels that used to provide this don't do so anymore. Not bad for just an overnight stop, but for the price we expected better.

Arriving took me 30 minutes to find someone to check us in. I had to walk through the entire hotel, when I walked to the back room from outside I found the staff sitting outside smoking a cigarette. Right there ruined the experience for us, as we previously stayed in others Campanille in this trip. This one is by far the worst. We wanted to have dinner at their restaurant by it was closed for the guest, beyond annoying. I

Terrible hotel

The staff knew the air conditioning didn't work when we checked in, but didn't notify us. On the following day, there was no hot water for shower. Tried to request for a hair dryer, waited for 1 hour, the staff still didn't come, terrible customer service, overall the experience is terrible.

Ne mĂ©rite clairement pas 3 Ă©toiles. Ancien campanile non rĂ©novĂ©. Le check-in Ă©tait sensĂ© ĂȘtre Ă  15h, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  18h, la chambre n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte ! Nous avons attendu 5 min que quelqu'un se prĂ©sente Ă  la rĂ©ception pour nous accueillir, puis une 20aine de min pour pouvoir nous installer dans la chambre. Pas de bouilloire, donc pas de cafĂ© ou de thĂ©. La propretĂ© de la salle de bain laissait clairement Ă  dĂ©sirer : moisissures, joints fatiguĂ©s, l'eau de la baignoire ne s'Ă©coulait pas correctement , nous avions l'impression de remplir la baignoire sans bonde... Strict minimum pour le petit dĂ©jeuner.

Nous sommes arrives a minuit. J avais pris bien soin de prevenir l hĂŽtel de notre arrivĂ©e tardive. Mais une fois sur place l automate n a pas trouvĂ© notre rĂ©servation. Nous avons du acheter une autre chambre Nous etions 3 clients hotel.com. nous avons eu tous les 3 le mĂȘme problĂšme. Lamentable .

Le prix correspond au lieu et à ce que l'on a pu découvrir lors de notre séjour (chambre et services). Je recommande cet hotel pour de cours séjours. Cependant ne vous fiez pas aux photos lors de votre réservation. Les photos sont complÚtement non conttracutelle... c'est assez dommage. Je recommande à l'hotel de faire des travaux de rénovation (amélioration de la décoration, du cadre, remise au goût du jour). Chambre propre, lieu sécurisé, personnel trÚs agréable.
