A Beach Dreamer's Retreat in downtown Avila Beach with Ocean Views

Luxurious beach house located in the heart of Avila Beach. Beach Dreamer is located on a private drive and offers panoramic ocean and mountain views. Your favorite central coast activities are just a walk or bike ride away – make a splash at Avila Beach, tee off at Avila Beach Golf Resort, take a walk on Bob Jones Bike Trail, or sip on local wines while boutique shopping. 3,348 sf, sleeps 14.

The homeowner has graciously married beach décor with a soothing crisp color pallet. The great room, game room, dining and kitchen flow from one living space to the next in an open floor concept. Take your place on the oversized couches while watching TV, or pull up a lounge chair on one of the three exterior decks to soak up the warm Avila Beach sunshine.

Each of the three master suites are decorated with comfy pillow-top beds, and well stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels and toiletries. The larger of the master suites has a king bed, private patio, mini-kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This master suite's bathroom includes a large vanity, double sinks, over-size shower, and soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and full bathroom suite. The third master suite has a king bed and joining master bathroom suite. The fourth bedroom functions as a bedroom and private office, and easily converts into an additional sleeping area with a pull down queen-size Murphy wall sleeper. Additional sleeping includes two (2) queen sleeper/sofas, one (1) twin/sleeper ottoman, one (1) twin/sleeper chair.

Just a quick drive to downtown SLO, Avila Beach has the most desirable weather in the country. Bob Jones Bike Trail, Sycamore Hot Springs, and Avila Barn are less than a mile from the beach house. Award winning restaurants, the Avila Bay Athletic Club (tennis and aerobic classes), and Avila Beach Golf Resort are just minutes away.

A beautiful roomy home, great location with easy walk to beach, town, restaurants, hiking and biking trail. Kitchen is excellent, all appliances, cookware, utensils are perfect and the labelling of storage for all the kitchen items is superb. The 3 full bedrooms are excellent, comfortable and heave great storage and lots of hangers. The fourth sleeping room is minimal, with a murphy bed over a desk and little else and was not not comfortable for 2 adults for a week.

Is this house beautiful? Yes. Does it have a prime location? Yes. Is it really a 2-minute walk from the beach? Yes. Honestly, nothing about this house was disappointing. It was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and fully stocked. My favorite thing about this house was the attention to detail. Every bedside had a multi plug, a sound machine, and little step stools to make sure little feet could easily climb up. We loved falling asleep to the sound of frogs at night and seeing the ocean sparkle in the morning. This house is a great rental - it was also clearly loved and well thought out for how people function in a space. Honestly, no complains, no "I wish they would have," just great vibes and awesome functionality. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with 21 people in 2 houses for 5 days. The location is great for the beach but the bedrooms in the house are on a very busy street. We heard road noise all night long. Owner must have known about this due to the fact they supplied ear plugs. It would be nice to have a inventory sheet of what is in house and what beach chairs and toys are there. We brought a lot of things that were already there. Great layout and close to beach. Too bad it is on a noisy street.

All the ameneties are there and the kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality items. I didn't see any of the coffee pods they mentioned, but no problem as we brougth our own coffee.The management company was responsive throughout our stay.My only complaint is that for this type of property (high-end and high-price), little things should be better:1) the TVs in different parts of the house should be easier to use. Complicated instructions were hard to follow.2) the heater is maxed at 70 degrees. Most of the time, this should be fine for Avila Beach, but we were there in early January when the temperatures at night and early mornings dipped low. The house was cold at times, especially in the master bedroom on the main floor where the vents were shut and purposedly blocked from opening.

We tried to use the house for four couples, however, which was not ideal as the Murphy bed room is not set up for two adults. This trip was bittersweet, it was a last farewell trip for my father who we recently put on hospice. The memories will forever be in my heart. Thank you to the most amazing Seven Sisters for making our trip something we will for ever have in our hearts.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean upon arrival. Was even able to get an early check-in. House was well stocked with essentials for cooking, pots, pans, coffee pots, wine glasses, dishes, towels. Received the full deposit back in a timely manner. Would rent again.
