The host was a wonderful communicator. The accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more. We would certainly return to this property again.

Overall good experience. However, we never received check in instructions. Attempted to contact the owner, but didn't get a response for several hours. Eventually realized we could check in at the main lobby. Smooth sailing after that.

Good Deal for a Getaway

This is a very unique property that was nice for a week long getaway. Parking was great, covered garage meant I didn’t have to brush the car off each day. Loved being within walking distance of the Riverfront Gondola to get up to Beaver Creek. The fireplace was nice but it’s unfortunate that it can only be used if you purchase a Duraflame log from the front desk. The one major downside for the unit that we rented was that it was located directly above a Subway restaurant. Every time we opened the door to walk into the unit, we were hit with the very strong smell of old Subway food mixed with cleaning products. We kept the fans on and cracked the windows/sliding door to tame the smell a bit but this unit would definitely not be suitable for anyone sensitive to smells. As far as the property goes, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway in Avon, just be mindful when booking that a number of the units are located above restaurants and may have a similar issue with the smell.

Great location and wonderful ski vacation!

My son and I enjoyed our stay and loved how easy it was to access both Beaver Creek and Vail. Lodge was across street from Walgreens and a few minutes from Grocery store. The room had everything we needed and was perfect. Will definetly return.
