5 Star Ski-in/Ski-Out Condo in the heart of Beaver Creek Village

The St James Place is a Five-Star ski-in/ski-out resort in the heart of Beaver Creek village. The location could not be more perfect! Situated right on the Plaza, you are steps away from the Centennial chairlift (5-minute walk), the ice skating rink (open year round), fine restaurants, day spas, world-class shopping and live entertainment at the Vilar Center for the Arts.

The St James Place is a full-service building with a front desk, concierge, brand new fitness center, steam room, sauna, indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs (outdoor hot tub renovated in December 2020), heated underground parking, and convenient ski lockers. The lobby hosts a daily coffee and hot chocolate station for your ease and enjoyment.

Our condo has a relaxing atmosphere that will only enhance your family's Colorado vacation. As you can see from the photos, the look of the condo is very Colorado-Mountain, with hardwood flooring, new appliances, paint and carpet. All three bathrooms have beautiful travertine, glass shower doors, quartz countertops, oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures and lighting. It is tastefully designed and decorated with a mountain flair. Our kitchen was updated in December 2022, as well as all new furniture. We hope that our condominium will feel like your home away from home. We take great pride in ownership and want you to have the best experience possible.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and a five-piece master bath; the guest bedroom is furnished with two queen beds. The bedding and pillows are “heavenly” as many of our guests have stated. The living room has a brand new sectional with sofa sleeper with a queen-sized bed (with upgraded memory foam!). Each bedroom and the living room have a TV and DVD player. Each of the full bathrooms has an oversized tub. In addition, the living room has games and puzzles, and a library of movies for your enjoyment. Wi-Fi Internet access is ready to go... New photos coming soon!

Winter, spring, summer or fall...Beaver Creek offers it all!

Please note that our condo does not have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the living room and in each of the bedrooms.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time. We are seasoned Beaver Creek skiers but this was our first time at St. James Place. It was wonderful. The location is great. The host/owner was extremely communicative and we had a great experience.

This place has EVERYTHING and was a welcomed resting space for our family! The space was clean and very comfortable with updated amenities. Exceeded Expectations

We've been fortunate enough to visit Beaver Creek for 10 years as a family for Spring Break and the biggest highlight of this year's trip (aside from the snow of course :)) was the accommodations at St James Place. This unit is awesome. We had breakfast together before hitting the slopes, we watched movies and played board games in the living room and our girls loved that they had their own room and bathroom. The property is also very well run and the amenities (pool/hot tub, lobby, ski lockers, parking, etc) make things super convenient. Having spent time at a number of Beaver Creek resorts over the years, we're excited about the opportunity to take advantage of this suite going forward!

Great Experience in Beaver Creek!

Overall our stay was excellent. Would highly recommend this property! The only issue we had was no control over the temperature in the unit and we were very hot at night. The temperature on the thermostat remained at 74/75 degrees despite adjustments to the thermostat. Otherwise great experience!

Spring Break Ski Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St. James Place. The location is ideal with instant access to the Village and mountain. The unit was nicely updated and appointed. The host was very accommodating. The pool area facilities were an added bonus. We would certainly make a return visit.

Great stay at the St. James

We had a wonderful stay in this redone 2-bedroom condo. It was comfortable and large. The location can’t be beat with BC Village right outside the door. Check-in and parking were great as well. We would come back to this condo in the future for sure! The third bathroom and 2 queens in the second bedroom are really great when traveling with a group!

Front desk was helpful & always had little treats. Laura with concierge booked us dinner reservations, transportation from Denver airport, and even a massage. Location is just wonderful! Plenty of restaurants & shopping. There was a grocery market right outside the building. Laura also gave us info to get our groceries delivered. Jordan the owner/manager was kind & helped us get a late checkout. Loved beaver creek & st James place!

Nicely appointed. Very convenient location to the Lifts & Ski School

Great location! We've stayed in the Highlands in the past, which offers ski-in. Although St. James isn't ski-in, the walk to the escalators that take you to Centennial Chair Lift is only a few hundred feet from the property. With the added benefit of the grocery mart and the pizza place right outside the door of the property, it made picking up quick meals a breeze. My daughter loved the indoor pool every evening after skiing. There were always a few other children at the pool for her to play with, which was a bonus.

Wonderful getaway

This condo is in the absolute perfect location. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. This was our first ski trip with our children and the location was perfect. So easy to get to ski school. The ski lockers made everything so convenient. Jordan was kind and helped answer all questions through the booking process and the condo was exactly what we needed. We’ll absolutely be visiting again and hope to be able to stay in the same location. Thank you for everything!

Spring Break Ski Trip

First time at Braver Creek. We enjoyed it! Eating out with n the village is very pricey. But, the condo is equipped well enough to cook and eat in if you wish. We just ate outside the village after the first night. There were plenty of nice nearby restaurants. Very responsive hosts and on site staff were very attentive and pleasant. Parking is great. Elevators were a bit slow. But, overall, great experience!

Property was perfect for our family’s ski trip. Spacious, clean, & well appointed. Lifts were a short walk with ski lockers conveniently located on a bottom floor so you did not have to drag your gear to the condo. The village was right outside the door as well. We enjoyed our stay!
