All of the bedrooms offer deck access, and two primary bedrooms have jetted tubs for long, post-beach soaks. You'll be treated to multiple levels of deck space, with a tower on the top floor offering comfortable furnishings, gorgeous sunset views, and a wet bar with a refrigerator.
The great room features 360-degree views, while the living area has a large TV (one of four in the house) and a Blu-ray player. There are also two DVD players, a stereo/CD player, and free high-speed WiFi. You'll have access to a lockable storage area, a grill, and compressed air for 4WD vehicles.
This Avon home has plenty of amenities to be sure, but the star attraction is the top-of-the-world ocean view. If your family treasures easy beach access and plenty of oceanfront deck space, Aah View will truly be a breath of fresh air.
