Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is in the center of Avon, Colorado, the gateway to Beaver Creek Mountain and Ski Resort. On the 2nd floor of Chapel Place, you are just a few minutes walk to great restaurants, shuttle stop, grocery store, and more! Building is secured by access codes, and includes an assigned parking spot in a heated underground garage, with elevator. Washer/dryer in the condo.

Please respect that the home is in a quiet residential building. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. It is a smoke-free building, No smoking inside or on the balcony.

The complex has a small fitness room down the hall on the same floor, and a Sauna on the 3rd floor - both with south mountain views.

CONVENIENT LOCATION
The first floor of Chapel Place has several restaurants and shops, a nail salon, massage, and is walking distance to so much. City Market Grocery Store is across the street (3 minute walk), and a 24-hour Walmart is less than a 5 minute drive. There is a shuttle stop just 1-2 minutes from the front of Chapel Place, and FREE Avon shuttles take you throughout town or up to Beaver Creek in Winter months. The Gondola from Avon to Beaver Creek is a 10 minute walk or accessible by shuttle, runs during ski season.

Less than 10 miles west of Vail, Avon is a convenient 15-minute drive to Vail and Lionshead Parking Garages and Villages, or a short bus ride on the ECO Transit (with fee).

Beaver Creek is a premier ski resort and part of Vail Resorts, which gives your lift tickets access to multiple nearby resorts: Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone. Beaver Creek is lauded for exceptional service on the mountain and one of the best children's ski schools in the world!

The town of Avon is wonderfully convenient, with a great range of restaurants, local shops, and an activity for everyone. It's a very walkable town. Nottingham Park (a 15-20 minute stroll from the condo) has a large open green space, a lake for fishing or paddleboarding, volleyball and beach area, playground, picnic tables and barbeque grills, and several athletic courts. The Avon Recreation Center also offers a variety of classes and activities with entry fee, including an indoor 5-lane lap pool, lazy river, and so much more. Avon's Whitewater Park offers a variety of rafting, ranging from Class IV-III, run on sections of the Eagle River both above and below Avon’s Whitewater Park. Once kayaking season is over, exceptional fishing can be found in the Eagle River.

Our family enjoyed this unit for a ski trip. It is very close to Beaver Creek (and just down 70 from several other wonderful resorts). It is also walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and Nottingham Park. The unit was clean and well stocked. Parking was easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Mindy's property was lovely and spacious! She was extremely helpful with parking information and how to access the pay to park system. Mindy was quick to respond every time I inquired something of her. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the shower was nice and warm. There was plenty of room for our son and his wheelchair to maneuver around. The garage access was too steep for our handicapped accessible van to access without damaging the back ramp in the van, but we were able to park behind the building at night and in front of the building during the day and we made it work. We would love to stay at this property, again, when we're in the neighborhood! And, we'd highly recommend it.

Clean and Convenient

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. We loved the underground parking, convenient ski lockers (right next to the elevator), and close proximity to the free bus stop to Beaver Creek Village. I've done a lot of ski trips in Colorado and this was the most convenient location I've ever stayed to get to the mountain each morning.Mindy was extremely detailed and communicative, provided all instructions necessary, and even purchased a coffee maker for us in advance of our arrival! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic holiday destination for the family.

Great place with plenty of room for the 4 of us. About 90 seconds from the bus stop that brings you to the resort. Great amenities - even the towels and kleenex were high quality! Highly recommended!

Very well stocked

The condo was very nice and convenient to shops and restaurants. Very quiet. Owner had everything you could need on hand. I appreciate the liquid soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The only suggestion would be extra pillows for the beds. Would definitely return. Bus service to slopes nearby and runs every 15 minutes. Great stay!!

Amazing stay

I would highly recommend staying at this property and would again in a heartbeat. It is extremely clean and well equipped. Parking onsite, ski lockers, sauna in the building, workout room, etc. It's also very close to public trans, multiple bars and restaurants, and shops. The views of the mountains outside are great as well. Communication with Mindy was very quick when we reached out which was really appreciated.

Holiday Beaver Creek Ski Trip

Rented this property for a Christmas week ski trip with my family of 5 and couldn't have been happier. 2 Bed, 2 Bath was perfect for us. The unit is in the heart of Avon with grocery, restaurants, and shops within walking distance or a mile or 2 away. There is an Avon skier shuttle which stops right at the complex. It took 11 minutes to Beaver Creek Village and 18 minutes back. Super convenient. We had our own indoor parking space and a ski locker. Can't say enough about our host Mindy. She was a great communicator; gave us all the information we needed for checking in and contacts in case of issues. Super responsive for any questions we had. Woderful stay.

Well equipped condo....great location

We came to ski at Beaver Creek. Once we arrived we didn't need our car. Walking distance to the City Market, easy access to the free ski shuttle, and nearby restaurants. In terms of the condo, it was very well equipped with everything (coffee, hot chocolate, games...). Beds were super comfortable, all 3 (not just the master). Owner was quick to respond and fix a garbage disposal issue we found upon arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Best Christmas Vacation!

Everything was perfect! The condo is in the most convenient location and Mindy added so many extra touches that made things even easier for us! She was always only a text away- even on Christmas Eve. We look forward to booking this unit again in the future!

Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery store and short drive to Beaver or Vail ski area. Very nice sleeping arrangements, good beds and updated TVs. Good option for the price. Den a little small for more than 4 people, but other than that perfect!

We had a great comfortable stay at this condo in Avon with our 4 kids. The owners took great care to provide extra amaenities like snacks, laundry detergent and toiletries. Nice, clean, and very convenient

We had our girls ski trip to Vail and Beaver Creek Resort in February. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is very clean and the kitchen is nicely equipped. We cooked dinner every night and we got our groceries at City Market which is just minutes away. Mindy is very nice host who responds to our questions and needs quickly. I will definitely recommend this place!
