2/10 â Terrible

Read the low-star reviews-our experience matched them!Good:âąQuiet cul de sac location backing to a golf course with great mountain views.âąThe cart path is open to the public for walking, biking, and Nordic skiing in winter. âąConvenient access to Beaver Creek Village and shopping/restaurants.âąPrimary bathroom was renovated, still DIY, but nicer than typical condo quality.âąKitchen was in decent shape and stocked with basics.âąBathrooms, including the older secondary one, were cleaned well.Bad:âąSignificantly overpriced for the condition.âąSafety issues such as electric outlets with missing cover plates and cracked sharp tiles. âąNo curtains in the living room. Because the golf course path is right behind the house, and open to the public in the winter, there were people going by all day & in the dark before sunrise & after sunset, walking dogs etc. Very uncomfortable to be on display.âąPoor maintenance throughout. radiators were askew, none of the closet doors worked properly, the floors and couches were dirty with pet hair.âąUpstairs neighbors fed crows, attracting a lot of birds.âąFront door lock failed on our second night. We slept with an unlocked door and received slow, dismissive communication from the host. He initially insisted the lock worked, only to experience the issue himself, and witnessed the missing screw we pointed out from the start. After replacing it, the lock worked perfectly, but we lost a day of vacation working around his schedule.
