Luxurious 4th floor (w/ elevator), 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 4 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Great Spot for Ski Vacation

This property is very well appointed. The beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen stuff (and gadgets) and the space worked great for two couples. The complex shuttle came in handy and the location is in walking distance to lots of restaurants. We would stay again!

Ski vacation

Wonderful 2 bedroom too floor condo with vaulted ceilings. Well stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans. Location is great for short shuttle ride that is private or the Avon bus stop is just a block away to take public transit. Private shuttle will take you to Vail as well as Beaver Creek. Walking distance to the Avon Recreation Center which has daily passes or weekly passes to be able to swim, workout, or use that kids friendly indoor water park type area. Very short drive to the grocery store and is also ion the city bus line. Nottingham Lake is right outside the condo where in the winter they have ice skating on the lake if it is cold enough.

Great condo

We came with our two young children and it was perfect for the four of us. We also really enjoyed the ski shuttle and the shuttle to Vail. Made breakfast and dinner in the condo almost every day with a stocked kitchen. Foyer area was great for keeping all of our ski gear. We used the hot tub multiple times as well. I would stay here again.

Lots of Space

One of my favorite things about this condo was that there was adequate room for all our gear and boots near the front door. This kept the condo clean and it was so much easier than dealing with gear check in or lockers. The bedrooms were nicely sized as was the family room; you didn't feel cramped while lounging about watching tv. The stairs and elevators were enclosed on this particular building of the resort, which made it more manageable for access to the unit and walking down to the hot tubs in the cold weather.

Cozy condo in a convenient location!

It’s obvious the owners thought carefully about their guests and the little things that would make their stay comfortable. Plenty of storage for equipment clothing and personal items. Kitchen well appointed had everything we needed. Very comfortable and cozy. Heated tile floor in master was a plus although shower water pressure could have been better. Washer dryer and fireplace nice to have! Definitely would stay again!

We had a great stay in Beaver Creek! The unit was accurately described! It had everything we needed to cook at home including the grill on the deck! We used the hot tubs and pools after our days of skiing and riding and really enjoyed them - they are located very close to this unit. We could walk downtown for dinner in the evening or coffee in the morning. Staff was helpful. Great location for a stay in the Beaver Creek / Vail area! Beaver Creek Condo That Checks All the Boxes!

This perfectly located and reasonably priced Avon condo was exactly as represented, well appointed, perfectly located, and very well managed by the BC West staff. The Beaver Creek ski resort is about a 5 minute drive from the condo or you can walk a couple of blocks to the Avon Gondola, which takes you up to the Arrow Head Village. This condo is perfect for two couples or a small family. There isn't a view from the condo windows, but you just spent the day outside looking at amazing scenery so you don't care! We never got to the pool or the hot tub but the folks from the neighboring units seemed to enjoy using it. The City Market grocery store is three minutes away and has everything you will need for preparing you own meals except wine an liquor. Beaver Creek Liquor near City Market will take care of those needs quite well. Amazing and unexpected wine selection!! I will definitely consider staying at the BC West condos again if I come back to ski Beaver Creek in the future.

Beautiful, comfortable, condo with very nice kitchen, great location and excellent shuttle service

Spent a week skiing in Beaver Creek & Vail with our 2 college age sons. Shuttle service to both ski areas was efficient and convenient. Kitchen was well stocked - we cooked breakfast every morning before skiing and dinner most nights. Layout allows for convenient counter top dining as well as table dining. Large entry way included ample space to store ski clothing and gear. Living room area had a fireplace and large TV (perfect for watching college football bowl games!) Both bedrooms are good sized and both bathrooms are updated. Condo is close to many restaurants in central Avon and to the City Market (grocery store with great selection) Owners have done a beautiful job decorating the condo. Would definitely stay here again.
