Newly Remodeled Luxury Vail Valley Condo 3 BR/3 Bath Private Ski Shuttle

Our beautifully newly renovated condo is available for rent throughout winter, spring, summer and autumn. Our 1640 sf condo offers all the comforts of home including Large Spacious Rooms, Spectacular Mountain Views, Vaulted Ceilings throughout, real wood fireplace, new appliances and Washer / Dryer. Our Condo is centrally located in Avon Colorado on Nottingham Lake which is in the Center of the Vail Valley. Our condo is a 3rd floor corner unit with lots of natural light and great views. Our deck is a great space to relax and take in the views of Beaver Creek. There is a propane BBQ on the deck for all your grilling needs.

The living space is an open concept featuring Bosch appliances, granite countertops, wine fridge, lots of counter space, seating for 4 at the bar. Everything is brand new!

The primary bedroom includes a Dream Cloud King bed, ensuite bathroom with heated floors, deluxe glass shower and walk in closet.

The second bedroom has two Queen Dream Cloud beds, built in storage, ensuite bathroom with deluxe tub and shower with glass doors along with heated floors.

The first bedroom has two Queen Dream Cloud beds, built in storage, ensuite bathroom with deluxe glass shower along with heated floors.

Just minutes walking to Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Health Club, Library, Town Park and Nottingham Lake and more! Free shuttle from our home to Vail and BC during ski season.

Our home has a beautiful view of Beaver Creek and Bachelors Gulch ski resorts and is located just 8 miles from Vail. Just 200 yards away, you can take the free town bus to Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelors Gulch, Avon, Arrowhead and Vail. There is also a front desk and management office on-site to assist you with any additional needs or to schedule activities in the Vail Valley.

The front office offers Discount Ski Passes and Discount Ski Rentals also available through Charter Sports.

Amazing Stay!

We loved every minute of our stay! The condo fit all 9 of us perfectly and is beautifully updated. The accessibility of the bus for the complex and being close to another bus stop was ideal, but we were also fine with the less than 10 minute walk to the gondola. Our teens loved being able to walk to local amenities and hop the bus to Beaver Creek Village.We had fun in the hot tubs daily after full days on the slopes! We highly recommend this property.

Annual Guys ski trip

Overall great property with an authentic rustic feeling in a superb location (on Avon shuttle route + property shuttle gets you to the slopes in minutes). Specious apartment, fantastic fireplace with unlimited wood for the ambience aspect. The only complaints we have is that the temperature in the master bedroom was too hot, while that in other rooms too low. Please update a skillet every season (the only one available was bad) Also you are missing a wine bottle opener - had to borrow from the neighbor below - but these are minor issues. I would definitely come back for another visit.

Could have been better

I was disappointed to find that the window in the room my family stayed in with the bunk bed did not have a screen. That is a huge safety concern, especially when the bed sits directly against the window. Several other windows had broken levers and the windows could not be opened nor closed. The couch was dirty and very worn. The queen bed in the room with the bunk bed dips significantly, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. There were no pool towels as indicated on the check in paperwork. I would hardly characterize this listing as a luxury condo.

Fit the bill

Classic 80's ski-rental condo. Well-used but very spacious for two couples, two young adult cousins and a teenager. Fully equipped with everything we needed and pizza suggestion was good. Took the resort bus to the gondola with ease. Hot tubs were full after-ski of course, but crowd and staff were friendly. Wood burning fireplace and stash of wood was perfect. We laughed at other reviews that didn't notice the third floor/no elevator thing. However, it can be exhausting if you are hauling stuff, after skiing, and low on oxygen but we managed!

Property is third floor walk up. Condo was dark and required more lighting in living room and bedrooms. Carpeting was dirty and had burn holes at fireplace. Furniture was very worn. Location was good with close bus service to beaver creek. With updating this could be a great rental property.

No elevator! No air-conditioning!

The property is run down. Upholstered furniture was in bad shape. The barbeque grill didn't work, nor did the can opener, which made several planned meals difficult to prepare. The worst problem was the stairs, since my husband and I are no longer young and there was much hauling to do. Even worse, my even more elderly sister stopped to visit, and barely made it up to the condo. If she had been with us for the week, it would have been a disaster.

Great layout for family with 3 kids. Separate bathrooms for all. Beautiful view off balcony. Close drive to Beaver Creek, Vail Village, Lionshead, and numerous hiking trails. Easy check-in process. Reliable wifi for working from the unit. Very clean and well stocked. We all enjoyed our stay!

Great Visit

Awesome property! Very large with lots of room that fit our party of 10. Kitchen was equipped well. Hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing, and we also took advantage of the free ski shuttle to beaver creek. Loved the small deck as well. Would stay again!

The property was not cleaned will, the carpets was not clean, and the sofa was not clean, the condo was in the third floor it was hard for older people to go up stairs and down several times a day. The location was good and near lake. Over all it was good for large group or family, it has three rooms and bathrooms, and has all what you need in a house.

My review of the Condo in Avon

We enjoyed the condo very much however, there were a few things we thought could be better. There were some basic things that would be nice if they were provided. Regular dish soap, more trash bags, a working CanOpener for example. There were plenty of towels but upon our arrival we couldn’t find all of them because there was a dryer load still in the dryer. I didn’t that we had a wonderful time and it was great for the whole family! Thank you

Nice Condo, Good Location

The condo was as described and fit our groups needs well. Great location and plenty of space for a group of 9! Only downside - there was no dishwashing soap in the condo (the description said it was to be available), so that was a bit annoying especially since part of the check out instructions were to start the dishwasher. This has happened before in another unit in the same building, so it may just be the management company not double checking the availability of cleaning products. Other than that, our stay was great and we'd stay again.

We enjoyed the large condo. It had a lovely view of the mountains. Loved the shuttle service to the gondola and they gave us free water, Nice touch . The Jacuzzi was nice and clean and so was our unit. There was plenty of parking and the staff always went out of their way to accommodate us in anyway.

Excellent location, beautiful property!

A group riding the annual Triple Bypass bicycle ride used this condo as our base last weekend. Its a very nice condo, very well equipped and centrally located in the heart of the Beaver Creek village. Very comfortable accommodations for a group of 8 guys that rode over 170 miles and climbed 14,000 feet by bicycle over the weekend! We really appreciated the central location to the bars and restaurants and the peace and quiet of the condo community--perfect place for a summer getaway to the mountains. Would stay here again any season!

Wonderful Weekend in Avon!!

This was a fantastic place to stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. It gives you all the beauty of Vail without the Vail price tag. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond throughout the entire process. The front desk staff was equally as amazing. Thank you so much!

Great property!

We really enjoyed the condo. The layout was perfect for our family and friends, with the bedrooms offset from the living area. I highly recommend staying there.

Great central location for a group

The property itself was great - had enough space for 8 adults to stay comfortably. It's a very nice condo in a central location in Avon, walking distance to restaurants (even when it's negative temperatures!). Nice Kitchen, and living area with a cozy fireplace to warm up with after a long day on the slopes! My only complaint/suggestion is that transportation to and from Vail is much less convenient than to Beavercreek. We had to end up using the Eco Shuttle to get to and from because the shuttle through the property only held 14 people and had only 3 times to pick up/drop off so we couldn't use that (you have to make reservations, and it was full). The Eco Shuttle is $4/person each time you ride it compared to the free shuttle that the condo provides.
