Oceanfront Home with Hot Tub, Grill, Community Pool and Tennis/Pickleball

OCEANFRONT Avon - Fitzwater Ct. - Everything one could want for the perfect vacation. The first level entrance opens to a spacious foyer with built-in desk, bookshelves, extensive library, mini refrigerator, TV/DVD and queen sofa bed. There is a master bedroom on the first level with custom cedar walled tub room, a second bedroom with semi-private bath, and direct beach access. The upper level has a second master bedroom with TV and slider to the deck with hot tub. The sunroom with dual sliders to both east and west decks is a nice place to relax with a book and the spacious great room boasts a cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, clerestory windows and 42" LCD TV home theater system. The kitchen was designed with the chef in mind; you can actually watch the waves break while preparing dinner. The living area opens to a wide furnished sundeck. Guests will enjoy oceanviews from the 2 lower level bedrooms and relaxing in the shady hammock.

Great home and location!

We had a wonderful week and loved staying in this home! It was in a great location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. The teenagers enjoyed walking up to the ice cream shop and muffin shop each day. Highly recommend!

Well-maintained, cozy, and comfortable house

This stay allowed our family to get the relaxed beach vacation we were looking for. We went directly to the rental property and checked in to a clean house prepared for us. This house has a practical layout with an open kitchen and family room, which is where we spent most of our time when we weren't at the beach. The size was perfect for us, as it was both large enough to provide a comfortable space and small enough to provide an intimate atmosphere. We have no negative experiences to report.

Very clean house with great amenities

A glorious location overlooking the ocean. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything. The grill was a camp model, down two flights of stairs. The beach a 2 minute walk over a path thru the dunes was clean, quiet and spacious. Great stay with the hot tub as well. Very clean house with wonderful history.
