Great family ski stay!

I love this property. It has been consistent for years in its cleanliness and wonderful staff.

Great spot close to the gondola. Shuttle service could be a touch better by removing the dead times. If you stay here, you're NOT on the Beaver Creek mountain, you're a shuttle ride away.
With that said, I really enjoyed the hotel and everyone was great.

After checking and finding our room was very hard ; we got lost in the parking garage . Need more signs and directions to find places, rooms , etc

Reception wasn’t much help anytime we engaged with them. We didn’t see any other guests on our floor the entire stay. Property was gorgeous. Enjoyed our stay.
