It features a bright and tastefully renovated interior from 2019. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds and satellite TV (flat screen), a balcony accessible from the living room, 2 double bedrooms, and a walk-through room with sloping ceilings and a single bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). The apartment offers wooden floors throughout.

The kitchen is furnished with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
