You must exit again through the entrance barrier to the port and continue along Avda. de la Mojarra in the direction of the main and largest roundabout at the tourist exit of Punta del Moral.
(You must continue straight on).
Once you pass the hotels (Playa Marina, Playa Canela and Iberostar) continue straight on.
After a few metres you will see a residential complex in shades of blue, red, brown? This is your residential (Residencial Las Palmeras).
To access the car park you must change direction at the small roundabout next to the residential.
