Luxury holiday villa in the forest at holiday parc de Kievit for a perfect family/friend getaway to a very green and quiet environment.
We have 4 bedrooms (of which 2 can be converted in to working/study spaces), a lush garden and a 7 person Silverspa massage bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The garden hosts 2 outdoor dining areas (with BBQ) and various playing and relaxing areas.
There is a 25m swimming pool and a small pool for toddlers, tennis courts and playgrounds on the parc.
The space
Villa Isabella is very enjoyable during both cold or warm weather.
During the cold months it's very cozy inside due to the central heating system and because of the fireplace and the great sofa, dining area and kitchen. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor can be turned in to office/study rooms in minutes. When it's nice weather all of a sudden you have 1000m2 of enjoyable garden space directly outside. We have various outside relaxing areas to chill, read a book, have a drink or have a nice family BBQ.
The whole property is recently renovated. The house is fully equipped to all modern standards and smart controls. It has wifi all around, a great Bose sound system and flat screen TV's with Netflix in the livingroom and master bedroom areas.
Livingroom
The livingroom has a comfortable sofa, an adjustable lounge chair and a 6 person dining table. There is a smart tv (with cable subscription and Netflix), fire place and various board games are available.
Kitchen
The villa has a full equipped modern kitchen(with Microwave, Oven, Dish washer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Blender, Air fryer, regular fridge, wine chiller and a freezer). We always provide some coffee pods.
Laundry
We have a small laundry room with a washing/drying combination, and an iron+board.
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom
This room has a king sized 5 star hotel quality boxspring bed, high quality linen provided. The bed is individually adjustable on both sides. There is a smart tv with Netflix. This room has it's own ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower (with comfortable Grohe showerhead) and wash table with mirror.
Waking up in this room is a bliss, as you will be surrounded by a green view and the sound of birds.
Children / Bunkbed room
This is a small bedroom with a bunk bed (also suitable for adult) . There's various toys in this room.
2 Guestrooms convertable to study
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with queen sized beds and comfortable mattress and high quality linen provided. Both these rooms can be turned in to office/study rooms in minutes because of the special Clei Ulisse wall/desk beds.
Bathroom ground floor
The bathroom on the ground floor is simple, yet functional. It has a shower (with a great Grohe shower head), a toilet and a wash table with a mirror.
Garden
The private garden is surrounded by a green hedge in front, a fence out back and an entrance gate to ensure your children can't wander off the property. There is a lot of grass to play on and the drivelane is perfect to play a game of badminton or jeux de boulles. The garden has a large trampoline and a playhouse with 2 swings and a slide.
Garden - Front Terrace
The front terrace has an 8 person dining table, an adjustable parasol and a fireplace.
Garden - Lounge / BBQ Area
We have a lounge area with a sofa and lounge chairs, a gas fired fireplace and a fridge to keep your drinks cold. There is also a 6 person dining table, an adjustable umbrella and 2 types of BBQ you can choose from (Weber coal fired or Weber gas fired).
Garden - Jacuzzi area
Our jacuzzi outside has a 7 person Silverspa heated massage bath. There is also a garden shower with hot water.
The house has a smart lightning system by Philips hue, which can be controlled by voice assistant or by app, with a nice scene for any scenario. Even the blinds can be controlled by apps or by voice commands.
Guest access
The whole property and all amenities are available during your stay, except for the closed section of the garage which we use for storage and certain cabinets within the house which are locked and marked as private.
Other things to note
Parc de Kievit is a very quiet parc and guests have to ensure not to disrupt other guests in nearby houses and villa's. No music in the garden, don't use loud voices when in the Silverspas jacuzzi bath and in the garden. It's not allowed to use the jacuzzi after 10 pm and 08.00 am.
