Our stay was fantastic in a room with a wonderful view of the Laguna. The property is like a little oasis, filled with plants, flowers, private areas for dining and a swimming pool overlooking the water. The chef is over the top, best food we have had in Mexico! Staff was great and super professional.

Beautiful hotel in the Bacalar Lagoon. Intimate, comfortable, with a superb chef and excellent servoce.

I felt the prices of wine/drinks were wY too high. One glass of wine was 2X the price of a bottle in a retail store

Such an amazing place, staff was so friendly and helpful; food so good and everything made to order which took a little while to get but it was totally worth the wait. 100% recommend!

The staff was very accomadating and super friendly! We checked in a day late and let them know and they were waiting for us in the morning! Their greeting made us feel like celebrities! They also offered to credit me for missing my first night if we wanted to stay another night but we already had another reservation. After we left to our other destination(playa del carmen) we wishe we wouldve stayed another night!. All in all the place was beautiful & peacefule! Food was delicious as well! Would definately stay again! Dont hesitate on this property! Was conpletely worth it! Thank you Puerto del Cielo!
