The house is only about 4km from Bad Füssing and about a kilometre from the beautiful Innauen. There are shopping facilities about 5km away. There are countless leisure activities in the area, such as a visit to one of the three thermal baths, an outdoor pool, lakes, a golf course, minigolf and pit-pat, cycle tours, hikes, various restaurants etc.

The flat is approx. 35 square metres in size and is located on the first floor. In the fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, fridge incl. freezer compartment, coffee machine and kettle there is a cosy corner bench. In the bedroom and living room there is a double bed and a high-quality sofa bed. The bathroom with shower and WC has an outside window.
