You can expect a spacious and bright 3-room apartment spanning 55 square meters on the 3rd floor of the property. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2019 with a very modern and tasteful furnishing style. It features a large entrance hall, a living/dining room with a dining table, cable TV (flat screen), and a hi-fi system. The living/dining room provides access to a balcony. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with access to another balcony and a room with a sliding door.
