Friendly and amazing location

The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and amazing. The room was very plain but clean. Carpets in the hallways were very well worn but clean. The breakfast was amazing and satisfying. The location was exceptional. Close to the park and downtown I would definitely stay stay here again and well worth it for the price.

Historische Hotel

War Wünderschöne erholsame Urlaub, sehr schöne Stadt . An der Rezeption sehr freundliche bezaubernde Gastgeberinnen. Hotel hat Wünderschöne historische Architektur mit angerichtete Zimmern. Wie ein Museum. Mir hatt sehe gut gefallen. Ich bin sehr glücklich das ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe. Der Rossengarten liegt direkt gegenüber das Hotel.

Das Zimmer sollte dringend renoviert werden. Außerdem war es nicht sauber. Das einzig Schöne war die Aussicht vom Balkon, der leider auch ziemlich heruntergekommen und schmutzig war. Das Personal war freundlich. Ich wurde bei der Abreise nicht gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war, sonst hätte ich Feedback gegeben. Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und doch schnell im Zentrum. Frühstück war okay.

ehrwürdiges Hotel in top Lage

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Bad Kissingen am Rosengarten und Kurpark. Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus in begrenzter Anzahl vorhanden. Das ganze Haus und auch die Zimmer sind im englischen Jugendstil gehalten. Es gibt einen großen Restaurantbereich, einen wunderschönen Innenhof und einen Salon. Die Zimmer sind nicht super modern - was auch nicht zum Haus passen würde -, aber sie sind sehr geräumig, blitzblank und besonders schön ist der große Balkon zum Innenhof. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich - Wurst, Käse, Eier, Obst, Süßes, Herzhaftes - und sogar vegane Varianten (für mich sehr wichtig) sind vorhanden. Wie so oft, machen aber einmal mehr die Mitarbeitenden den Unterschied. Alle sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann und ich kommen gerne wieder.

Dieses Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Es müsste dringend investiert werden. Die Toilette z.B. ist sehr eng. Die Dusche muss über eine relativ hohe Schwelle erreicht werden.

sehr schönes, zentrumsnahes Hotel

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr nett. Alles war vorbereitet. Lediglich der CKI wurde sehr strikt auf 15:00h terminiert, sodass wir warten mussten. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, groß und mit ruhigem Balkon zum Innenhof. Alles war picobello sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Lediglich ein paar vegane Varianten wären noch schön gewesen. Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, sollten aber im voraus angefragt werden.
