This luxurious detached chalet for up to 14 guests sits in the heart of Bad Kleinkirchheim, surrounded by the majestic Carinthian Nockberge mountains. Just minutes from the Sonnwiesenlift, it offers perfect access to skiing in winter and hiking or mountain biking in summer.

The 700 m² chalet is stylishly furnished with a spacious living room featuring a fireplace, two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, six bedrooms (three with extra single beds), and seven bathrooms, including four en-suite. Guests can relax in the wellness area with two saunas, a jacuzzi, a solarium, and a fitness room, or enjoy the garden with pond, balconies, and terraces soaking up the sun. A wine cellar, garage, and additional parking complete the property.

Bad Kleinkirchheim offers endless outdoor activities: skiing, snowboarding, cross-country trails, winter hiking, ice skating, and two thermal spas (Thermal Römerbad and Therme St. Kathrein). The area also features an 18-hole golf course, shops, restaurants, and family-friendly ski areas including Skipark Falkert.

A security deposit of EUR 500,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
