Wir waren im Anbau des Hauptgebäudes untergebracht! Das Zimmer war funktional und sauber! Toller Bonus Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent, das Frühstück reichhaltig und mit absolut ausreichender Auswahl, sehr lecker und frisch! Das Zimmer war leider sehr hellhörig und ich habe die Gäste im Nebenzimmer schlafen hören! Die Lage des Gästehauses ist zentral, 400m vom GOP und dem Kurpark entfernt mit vielen hoteleigenen Stellplätzen!

Die Heizung hat die ganze Nacht gegluckert (Luft im Heizkörper) Die Fenstersimsen waren bereits mit Schimmel. Das Frühstück für 17.50 war das Geld nicht wert.

Alles Tippi Toppi außer das Frühstück wie schon des öffteren bemängelt. Preis/Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Preis ist überzogen für die Auswahl und Gestaltung der Präsentation der Frückstückskomponenten. Für 17,50 einfach zu spärlich. Entweder den Preis auf 12,00 Eur. reduzieren oder die Auswahl mit besseren Komponenten bestücken. Nicht alle essen Wurst und Käse. Eine einfache Fischalternative würde das ganze abrunden (Muss ja kein Lachs sein). Habe ich aber im Hotel angesprochen. Es fehlten viele Gabeln an den einzelnen Stationen um die Lebensmittel nicht mit dem eigenen Besteck herauszunehmen. Keine Bezeichnung um welche Sachen es sich handelt. Also am Frühstück ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das war der Punkt warum keine 5 Sterne. Was ich noch hervorhebrn möchte ist das der Gast sich ausserhalb der Zeiten unten im Frühstücksraum selbst mit Getränken versorgen kann. Einfach in die Liste eintragen. Sehr 👍 Ich hoffe meine Kritik findet positiven Anklang.

Zimmerbewrtung

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Eine kleine Kaffee bzw. Tee Bar war auch vorhanden. Alles ist sehr Sauber. Das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das digitale Einschecken hat super funktioniert. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden. Komme gerne wieder.
