Wochenendtrip (JGA)

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung in der Ferienwohnung um einen schönen Mädelsabend zu verbringen und die Bali Therme zu besuchen. Sehr gut hat uns die Lage der Wohnung gefallen. Der Werre-Park ist direkt gegenüber und auch die Therme ist schnell mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hatte für 5 Personen die perfekte Größe und ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Super Ferienwohnung

wir waren hier zum Jahreswechsel 23/24 mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Top Küchenausstattung, in jedem Schlafzimmer ein großer TV, den wir nicht gebraucht haben. Wir werden für den nächsten Jahreswechsel wieder hier buchen. Bad Oeyenhausen hat viel zu bieten.

Wir waren zu Dritt da und konnten vorab mitteilen, ob wir die Betten einzeln oder als Doppelbett gestellt haben wollten. Die Wohnung war sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

Luft nach oben

Moderne, helle, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, großer möblierter Südwestbalkon mit Wandaschenbecher, der allerdings randvoll war. Vermieter: "Genießen Sie angenehm ruhiges Wohnen in dieser modernen Neubau-Wohnung mitten in der wunderschönen Kurstadt Bad Oeynhausen!" Lage am Stadtrand in einem Mischgebiet mit viel Gewerbe. Lebhafte Nachbarn. Was uns gar nicht gefiel: Vermieter: "1 Parkplatz vor der Wohnung ist für einen PKW der Gäste reserviert. Bei Bedarf finden Sie genügend weitere öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe." Ein privater Parkplatz für die Ferienwohnung ist zwar da, der war leider während der Hälfte unserer Aufenthaltsdauer (4 Tage) zugeparkt, sehr ärgerlich. Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe Mangelware. Das ist genau der Parkplatzstress, den wir mit der Buchung einer Fewo mit Parkplatz zu vermeiden gedachten. Riesiger Esstisch für 8 Personen, aber Besteck nur für 6 Personen. Da heißt es, nach jeder Mahlzeit Besteck spülen, denn dafür die Geschirrspülmaschine anzuwerfen ist ja nicht gerade umweltfreundlich. Vermieter: "das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet mit Fernsehern". Stimmt leider nicht. Wohn-/Esszimmer ohne Fernseher (haben wir noch nie erlebt), TV gibt es lediglich in den Schlafzimmern. Nebenbei: Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat nur drei Sitzplätze. Im Bad u.a. eine ebenerdige Dusche, allerdings ohne Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschgel; neben dem Waschbecken ein einziger Haken für ein Handtuch, etwas wenig für mehrere Gäste, gerade in Pandemiezeiten. Überhaupt weiß man nicht, wohin mit den Handtüchern (Hakenmangel). In dieser Preisklasse ist bei Anreise (hier am Sonntag) nach unserer Erfahrung mindestens eine Flasche Wasser (kostet 19 Cent + Pfand) im Kühlschrank üblich, gab es aber nicht. Schade. Nein, ganz rund war das nicht. Da hatten wir etwas andere Erwartungen. (p.s.: Laut ausliegendem Gästebuch Vermietung seit 12/2019)
