Wunderbar

Schön und zentral gelegene Villa mit drei kleinen einzelnen Wohnungen. Es duftet echt angenehm im Haus und der Balkon ist groß und die Anzahl der Bäder, bzw. zur Verfügung stehenden Toiletten überragend ( drei für drei)! Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für einen Salzburg-Trip genutzt, Bad Reichenhall ist aber auch für andere Unternehmungen sehr gut gelegen. Reichhaltiges Gastroangebot in der Stadt.

Gerne wieder

Bereits die Kommunikation war absolut problemlos und Antworten erfolgten sehr zeitnah. Die Schlüsselübernahme mittels Schlüsseltresor Klappe hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und entsprach im vollsten Umfang unseren Erwartungen. Diese war sauber und gepflegt, sowie mit allem ausgestattet was von uns gebraucht wurde. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Bad Reichenhall werden wir sicher wieder auf diese Wohnung zurück kommen.

Zentral und Natur

Die Lage ist ideal man ist in wenigen geh Minuten in der Stadt. Kann aber auch direkt eine Tour von der Wohnung aus starten. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Wirklich gut ist auch das man 2 Badezimmer hat. Nur die Küche ist ungewohnt klein, etwas eng zum Kochen.

Nah am Kurpark

Das Objekt ist leicht & schnell vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und diente uns als Basislager um den Hochstaufen zu erklimmen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld begünstigte das kinderleichte Einchecken.Die Lage der beiden Zimmer direkt gegenüber ermöglicht ein angenehm separates Schlafen und durch den großzügigen Balkon ist man doch mit einander verbunden. Einziger Wermutstropfen in unserem Fall war die Küche, die, ohne Fenster oder Lüftung, sich im Flur eher suboptimal befand. Kurz etwas aufwärmen oder einen Tee bzw. Kaffee kochen ist möglich, mehr wird zu einer Herausforderung. Unweit der Ferienwohnung laden jedoch einige Restaurants in verschiedenen Kategorien zum Verweilen ein. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit die wir in Bad Reichenhall haben durften.

Top Unterkunft!

Vielen Dank für die freundliche und reibungslose Kommunikation sowie die komplikationslose Schlüsselübergabe! Wir waren sehr dankbar, drei Schlüssel zu bekommen, da wir zu dritt waren. Wir durften die in der Wohnung vorhandene Gitarre benutzen, was für Heiligabend ein Highlight war! Als wir feststellten, dass eine Gitarrensaite defekt war, erhielten wir sofort einen Satz neuer Gitarrensaiten - darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Für große Kochaktivitäten ist der kleine Raum zwischen den beiden Zimmern zu klein, da es nur eine Induktionsplatte mit 2 Kochfeldern (die super funktionieren!) und ein Waschbecken gibt. Wir konnten aber trotzdem ohne Probleme kochen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Jugendstilvilla mit einem großen Balkon und ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Das Thermalbad ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden Ihre Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen! Familie T.-M.
