Living directly on the SEE with lake access

The apartment is located in a residential complex consisting of two vacation chalets on a park-like property right on the lake, with direct access to the water.<br>The apartment is approximately 70 square metres in size. It features a large living and dining area with a sofa set, dining table, radio/CD player, TV, and a small balcony with a lake view (stunning sunsets!), as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove (4 burners with oven), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker, and microwave. Two small bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds). Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. The property features a small playground, a ping-pong table, and a grill. You can relax here as you please, either in the sun or in the shade on the lawn. Parking and bicycle storage are available on the property. Lake Scharmützelsee also has many public swimming areas; the nearest one is just a few steps away and features a snack bar. The centre of the quiet spa town of Bad Saarow is about 900 m away. Here you’ll find shopping, restaurants, cafes, event venues, swimming spots, boat rentals, a steamboat dock, and, of course, the famous Saarow-Therme. The spa offers a wide range of therapeutic and wellness treatments (tip: book appointments well in advance; prescriptions for physical therapy are also accepted), and you can enjoy bathing in the thermal waters. A hiking and biking trail (approx. 25 km) circles the lake, passing various locations with hotels, restaurants, and swimming spots. The visitor’s tax is €3 per night for adults and €1.50 per night for children ages 10–18. This will be billed separately.
