Our stay at Aqua Aurelia Suitenhotel a den Thermen felt like a true 5-star experience. The room was outstanding—spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The staff were fantastic, with genuine attention to detail throughout the stay. The location is perfect—just a very short walk from the thermal spa, which made everything easy and relaxing. Breakfast was exceptional, honestly on the level of a high-end Michelin restaurant in both quality and presentation. Special thanks to Olga from the restaurant team for her kindness and help—she made the mornings even better. Highly recommended.

Ideas for improvement

The AC did not work. We asked for help and the receptionist tryed to work it out, but it was not possible. The bed would be much better if you could put a mattress topper on the bed. Everything else is very good

Perfect location for the spa

A lovely modern hotel with friendly service and minutes away from the spa. Rooms are large and have a lovely outlook and the breakfast is very comprehensive.

I love the convenience of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating even when we showed up early. The private corridors to the spas from the hotel are very nice and easy to traverse. The only thing that was lacking was sufficient curtains. My junior suite room did not have blackout curtains.
