Recently renovated 2-room ground floor apartment, very central, quiet street, wonderful view of the green outside the windows and of the city, 1 min walk from Augustaplatz, 3 min- Kurhaus/Casino, 5 min-Caracalla. Apt has high ceilings, is very bright and well organised. Enjoy great location, cozy atmosphere, great furniture, fully equipped kitchen, TV, new bathroom equipment. Bus/supermarket, banks, restaurants are nearby. Everything here is made with love to make you feel at home. Free wifi, towels and bed linen included.
Pets are also welcome, but with an additional charge.

It was very quiet and the host was prompt with issues. Some English instructions might be useful to have inside the apartment concerning WiFi and TV operations. Thank you for the nice stay.
