The flat is located on the ground floor of a well-kept apartment block and is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Amenities include coat hooks inside and a practical cloakroom outside the door. The cosy bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a dining area, ideal for two guests. The mini-kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and fridge. The bathroom has a shower and WC as well as a bathroom radio to make your stay a pleasant one.

The flat has a charming outdoor area with a barbecue corner, which can be used on request. Parking is available right next to the house, making your stay particularly convenient.
