- on the ground floor: a living room with a television and a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, raclette grill).
- on the first floor: a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, and a shower room with WC.
- on the second floor: two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm), and a WC.
Washing machine and dryer in the basement.
Linoleum flooring on the ground floor and laminate flooring on the upper floors.
Pets are not allowed.
Security deposit: €250
Cleaning deposit: €115
