Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte ausschließlich per E-Mail, war jedoch sehr freundlich und angenehm. Die Schlüsselübergabe übernahm eine sehr nette ältere Dame, die ein wenig Englisch sprach und uns alles gut erklären konnte – absolut problemlos.Die Sauberkeit wirkte leider eher oberflächlich, und besonders enttäuschend war, dass im Inserat ein Pool angegeben war, dieser jedoch gar nicht vorhanden ist. Hier würden wir dem Vermieter dringend empfehlen, die Angaben zu korrigieren. Dafür ziehen wir zwei Punkte ab.Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 2–4 Personen und ist mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gibt es weder Terrasse noch Garten zur Verfügung.Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Der Wochenmarkt sowie eine Bäckerei sind in weniger als zwei Gehminuten erreichbar, und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend direkt am Haus.

Très bon séjour
Maison fraîche, malgré la très grande chaleur extérieure. Nous avons apprécié le marché à deux pas de la maison, les randonnées toutes proches et les thermes de Balnea. Cela doit être très sympa l hiver aussi.

Le logement est très chaleureux et tout à fait bien situé: à la fois central, à deux pas de toutes les commodités et dans un environnement calme et pratique pour stationner le véhicule (parking très proche) .

Manque de finition pour la location
La maison est agréable dans l'ensemble, mais pour de la location il faudrait que quand l'on arrive ce soit un peu plus propre mais en même temps il y a un aspirateur qui aspire rien et il n'y a pas de balai, donc celà reste difficile de faire le ménage.
Le pommeau de douche qui tient avec 15 cm de scotch, celà reste très limite !
Il faut ce doucher que d'un côté de la baignoire car sinon cela coule en bas
Sur la machine a laver, très moyen !
Pas de cafetière électrique ( style Senseo ou cafetière classique).
Bref, pour moi qui fait aussi de la location, il manque des finitions !

Belle petite maison bien placée
La maison est bien équipée avec lune déco sur e thème de la montagne.
Elle est trés bien placée à proximité de toutes les commodités en ville (marché, commerces, ...).
Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour agréable dans le luchonnais.

Jolie maison de caractère
Belle maison de caractère, belle salle principale, dommage que ce soit peu isolé dans ce pays froid. Mais les radiateurs sont de qualité et l'eau est bien chaude. A préciser qu'il n'y a ni micro-ondes ni cafetière électrique.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, même sans la neige. La maison est idéalement située près des petits commerces ( boulangerie, boucherie, petit marché couvert).Merci à vous.

Très agréable séjour
Des propriétaires très à l'écoute. Douillet et raffiné ce séjour dans cette petite maison de montagne en centre ville de Luchon. Très bien équipé, comme à la maison, vous avons eu qu'à poser nos valises, c'est très agréable et reposant. Les commerces sont à 100 m du boucher, boulangerie et le marché. Idéal pour des vacances paisibles,

Très beau séjour
Belle petite maison agréable, fonctionnelle et bien décorée. Proche du centre ville, des télécabines, très bien placée. Parking à proximité pour garer sa voiture. On s’y sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances dans ce logement.
