Adjacent to it, a small open kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and includes a dining table, making it a convivial space for shared meals. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. From the living area, direct access leads to a large south-facing terrace of 40 m2, which also benefits from an east-facing orientation, offering beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
