Modern Cottage with Pool & Sun Terraces in Bagni Di Lucca.

Very centrally situated in Bagni di Lucca, La Zinobita is a recently built modern style cottage in a elevated position, close to all the amenities of the Town. There is ample parking in front of the property with Supermarket, local shops, Bars and Restaurants are literally a few steps away.
The cottage has an open plan living / dining and kitchen areas with two bedrooms - one containing a double bed and the other bunk beds with ample storage - an attractive bathroom with shower. Outside there is a small pool to relax in or beside, with a shower and the use of three terraces on different levels around the cottage offering a differing view for alfresco dining, sunbathing or simply enjoying the all important Italian aperitivo and some local delicacies, whilst watching the sun set. There is also an outdoor Forno/Pizza oven where you can try your hand at making a Pizza Zinobita.
Olive and lemon trees adorned the property; Life could not be better as you enjoy a bit of the Tuscan Sun!

Beautiful property with lovely hosts

Giuseppe and Cinzie were absolutely lovely hosts - very helpful but not intrusive at all. There was a gorgeous welcome pack of food, beers, wine and home made limoncello which was fabulous! The house was perfect for us and Bagni Di Lucca is a great location, especially to go and see the numerous hilltop villages nearby alongside your tourist towns such as Lucca and Florence. We would highly recommend La Zinobita to anyone who wants to stay in a lovely place in Tuscany! Grazie Mille Giuseppe and Cinzie!

Sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sie wĂŒrden einem jeden Wunsch erfĂŒllen , wir wurden verwöhnt. Schönes Haus mit eigenem Pool, diverse SitzplĂ€tze und genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr alles. Ideal fĂŒr zwei Personen. Uns hat es riesig gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Bagni di Lucca von Herzen genossen! Die Wohnung, der Garten und der Pool waren wunderbar und Guiseppe und Cinzia sehr liebe, freundliche und unaufdringliche Gastgeber - man kann sich dort einfach nur wohl und geborgen fĂŒhlen! Vielen Dank dafĂŒr an die beiden! Wir empfehlen eine Canyonwanderung in Orrido di Botri! Ansonsten sind StĂ€dte und Meer mit dem Auto gut erreichbar!

Besser geht es nicht!

Das waren tolle 2 Wochen. Das haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. 3 Terrassen, ein Pool, ein Grillplatz, alles da. Klein und Fein. Dazu liegt alles an einem Hang im grĂŒnen. OlivenbĂ€ume, ZitronenbĂ€ume und vieles mehr. Sooo schön! Die Besitzer begrĂŒĂŸten uns sehr herzlich! Cinzia und Giuseppe waren immer fĂŒr uns da, wenn Bedarf bestand. Es war eher familiĂ€r, ohne dabei Aufdringlich zu sein. Man kann super viel unternehmen. Wir waren Canyoning, im Canyon Park, Paddeln in Lucca, Pisa, ... Keine Langeweile, auch fĂŒrpubertierende nicht ;-) Wir kommen wieder! Cinzia, Giuseppe: Gracie Mille!

Perfect stay in Bagni di Lucca

We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

Fantastische Lage im Ort

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem drum und dran. Der kleine Pool (unser piccolo mare) reicht völlig zur AbkĂŒhlung bei 40 Grad aus. Giuseppe und Cintia haben sich sehr gut um uns gekĂŒmmert- Wir werden wieder nach Bagni di Lucca fahren.

Wonderful week

We spent a wonderful week at La Zinobita. It started with a very warm welcome by Giuseppe and this wife. They were very friendly and helpful. The house was nice and clean, the pool very refreshing. The house is at walking distance of a supermarket and several pubs and restaurants. We definitely would like to come back another time!

Der kleine Pool war klasse und alle wichtigen Wege kurz erreichbar ( Restaurants und SupermĂ€rkte ). Zentral gelegen und daher tagsĂŒber wegen der Durchgangsstraße etwas lauter. Grazia a Giuseppe e Cintia che ci hanno accolto con grande calore e cortesia, he ci ha attesi per u'ora a causa di uno fraintendimento sul check-in. Ci hanno coculato con gli produtti del orto e sorpresi con uno formaggio divinale, preso in mattina dal pastore. La casa e inserita In uno luogo di natura verdeggiante lontano dello Inquinamento e caos. La casa e provvista di tutto quello di cui si necessita. Ritorneremo sicuramente, I luoghi, la casa e Giuseppe e Cintia, sono rimasti nel cuore.

A lovely property in a great location with a lovely welcome

The cottage is fantastic and very well equipped with lovely areas to sit outside. The pool is, as described, small but ideal for cooling off. (There is a public swimming pool within walking distance with some diving boards). It is all very clean and Giuseppe and Cinzia were great hosts with a great welcome. They live next door and are always happy to help with anything. The supermarket is across the road which was very handy and we got the train from the local station to Pisa and Florence. We would recommend visiting Lucca which was beautiful. We had a great 10 days there and would highly recommend this property. Grazie Giuseppe e Cinzia per le belle vacanze!

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie eine Woche in diesem Objekt. Es war wirklich traumhaft, das Haus ist modern und sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist einfach genial, groß genug und auch tief genug um richtig viel Spaß zu haben! Die Aussenanlagen mit Sonnenterasse, Essmöglichkeit mit Grill und Pizzaofen war ebenso perfekt! Ein großes Highlight waren die frischen Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Zucchini und Salat von Guiseppe. Ebenso haben wir einen KĂ€se von Guiseppes Freund aus den Bergen bekommen, einfach Hammer! Ich kann das Objekt vorbehaltlos empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt nochmal vorbei kommen! English Google translate: We were as a family of 4 a week in this object. We loved it so much we've re-booked!

We had the best week ever staying at the lovely La Zinobita cottage. We were greeted by the lovely Giuseppe and Cinzia, the owners, on arrival and they couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. They were so so kind and Giuseppe even took us for a little tour of the mountains which was incredible. If you stay here, I highly recommend chatting to Giuseppe as he has such great knowledge of the area and really couldn't have been a better host for us. We also loved his dog Tessa! The house itself was great, with everything you need for a perfect holiday. They even provide beach towels for lounging by the pool. The master bed was super comfy and there were so many places to relax in the sun. We loved having breakfast on the sun terrace, just off the master bedroom. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side for a few days of our stay but that didn't stop us enjoying the lovely pool area. The views from the pool are just beautiful. There's a supermarket just across the road and wonderful restaurants in the village centre which is about 600 yards down the road. We were worried about having to drive to dinner every night but the location was absolutely perfect. If you hire a car, there's no problem parking outside. And there's a train station quite nearby for trips to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked to return in September on the day we got home! Thanks so much Giuseppe and Cinzia, we'll see you again soon!

fantastic house with your own swimmingpool

Dear Paul, We stayed 10 days in this fantastic house with everything we need. We were welcomed by Guiseppe and his wife, very sweet people, to whom we could ask for anything! From here we visit many cities. Really worth staying here. Beautiful tastefully decorated cottage with several terraces and your own private pool, which is a big plus. We really loved it here.
