Our room was large and clean, however lacked basic facilities one would expect even in a 3 star establishment such as no fridge (room across the hall had one), no USB ports, no iron or hairdrier no hotel director of services. The walls were paper thin and overhearing other guests and hotel staff conversations at all hours was unwelcomed. Two double beds were quite firm but bed bases were essentially a timber box that the mattress sat in meaning that wacking your shin on a corner was easy and painful. The room looked a little tired and over due for a refresh. Unable to turn off the bathroom lights completly. The staff were typically pleasant and polite with one exception. The woman incharge of the buffett checkin counter was rude and condescending (a point noted by others in their reviews).

Excellent location and staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms could use a little updating especially the bathroom sinks, showers and lights in the vanity does not work on both our rooms and it’s way too dark to get ready.
