This property is ideal for nature enthusiasts. Enjoy fishing or other water activities on the North Fork of the South Platte river and Wellington Lake. The hiking and mountain biking opportunities are endless in the Pike and San Isabel National Forests. Bailey is a great location for accessing several of Colorado's most famous 14ers in the front range and the Mosquito range, including Mt Blue Sky, Mt. Bierstadt, Grays Peak, Torreys Peak, Mt. Lincoln, Mt. Bross, Mt. Democrat, Mt. Sherman, and Quandary Peak.

Being in Park County, the home is also situated near several parts of Colorado referenced in the popular cartoon South Park. Bailey is home to the famous hotdog-shaped restaurant from seasons 25 and 26.

There is private land between our property and the national forest. Hiking from our back yard into the forest would be trespassing and is prohibited.

Don't hesitate to book this property. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to stay here. Our group is beyond grateful for the opportunity and it was the highlight of our trip to Colorado. Brian was the best, with great communication and southern charm. We would all fly back to Colorado just to stay here again! Best place I have ever stayed in vacation! Thanks for everything, Brian and family!
