If you have to stay in Bakersfield, this is the place

I originally secured this place for my daughter, her husband, their baby, my son and their dog. However, everyone except me and My Son came down with Covid a few days before the day so it was just the two of us watching Super Bowl but it was fantastic very clean. well stocked I was disappointed that they didn’t tell me it was a duplex. I thought it was the whole house so parking was an issue

Great little place!

The check in and price were excellent and the description of the property was right on. It came well equipped and the property manager answered questions very promptly. I would stay here again rather than in a hotel.

Beautiful clean little home

This was such a nice house to stay in... my kids lived the trampoline in the back. Check in and out was simple and easy. Would stay here again for sure.

Amazing stay

Jessica was super sweet I had to come to town sonnet than expected and Jessica was able to let us check in sooner that meant a lot to me and really stood out as well as her beautiful clean house will definitely be back soon!

A pleasant stay

The house was nice, in a nice safe feeling neighborhood. It was will furnished and had a friendly neighbor. It was a bit odd that there was someone living in the master bedroom though. ( The door was locked, and they had a separate entrance. But we could hear them and they must have heard us, before we noticed)

One and DONE !

Disappointed with this property. I will say the only thing positive was it was clean and the kitchen was remodeled nicely. However for starters the front screen door broken. The blinds in the kitchen were broken in many areas. No glasses to drink out of. My daughter drank out of a beer mug. No measuring spoons. No coffee pot. Only TWO huge coffee cups. The dishwasher was full of dishes. Wires from the TV were strewn across to the shelf. The washer was loaded with towels from the previous guest. Holes in the walls where outlet should be ( no outlet covers ). Empty TV mount in bedroom. Nails protruding from the carpet between hallway/ bedroom. It appears the owners live next door because near the back bedroom you could see it had been walled off. You could clearly hear their conversation. No pillows for one of the bedrooms. Only decorative ones. I can go on and on. Definitely ghetto for a “nice” side of Bakersfield.
