Bad due to management first said we were at wrong motel then after we left n came back gave us a room that looked as if it was just walkedout of by previous renter bed un made no power to the room bedding on floor then got management to give us another room finally n the key wouldnt work after 6 trips to office finally got a room and sleep

The room was disgusting had leftover food from previous guess holes in blankets and walls shower rods ripped out of walls light fixtures were broken stains on walls and ceiling safety doors locks were ripped off door frame and numerous cars and people in and out of one hotel room taking part in drug activity an absolute nightmare I would never stay there again

Its was nice and quite everything was good. What i didnt like is i wanted to rent a extra night and they wouldnt let me do it frm the app or give me the app price. I paid 150$ for 2 nights and the 3rd nifht they charged 90$ thats crazy they should of honered the app price

This property is not anything that is represented! It is rundown dirty the bedding is old and has holes in it patched walls in rooms dirty towels does not have a breakfast just snacks undisclosed fees until you check in!! We would never stay here again!! So disappointed for this to be a Wyndham location! Shame on you!!

Meets expectations.

For a no-frills hotel, we got what we paid for. The room could have been a lot cleaner and I'm not usually picky. Only one roll of toilet paper. But for Bakersfield, no reaches is a win! There is coffee, juice, and oatmeal. Not much of a breakfast. The parking lot is being redone so that will be nice for future guests. They have jacuzzi rooms which I'll try next time. The pool was closed for the winter. It was very quiet, (except for the soothing freeway hum) no parties or mèth heads. Another win for Bakersfield.

I actually did not feel safe soon as I parked. I was approached by 2 men who asked if I had hook ups? (Because I have scrubs on)? Idk. I said no and I was already getting major anxiety. I wanted to leave. I wanted a refund my alert dog was going nuts because he knew I was going to have an attack (which I havnt had in 8 months. Expedia’s called and I called asking to pleas release me the refund for the room so Expedia could book me else where. Her excuse at the front desk. I quote”I DONT CARE MA’MM NO REDUNDS. I said feel like im imprisonment she hung up on me and sue us try”

It was a nightmare. The pictures must have from ten years or more ago. The furniture was from the 70's all scratch up and banged up bathroom was disgusting mold,towel rack rip off the wall and never fixed .holes in the bed sheets. And the worst part of the room was that there was a crack needle between the bed and wall.. i took pictures of all that I described. I requested for my money back from you guys. Am still waiting.
