This spacious 6-room villa of 200 m2 offers a well-thought-out layout across 2 floors, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a large living and dining room with a bar area serves as the central gathering space, leading directly to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to a bathroom and a separate WC. The first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed and its own air conditioning. On the upper floor, an entrance hall leads to the remaining 4 bedrooms. The first upper-floor bedroom includes 1 french bed, a private shower room with WC, and air conditioning. 2 further bedrooms are each furnished with 2 french beds and air conditioning, with access to the balcony. The fifth bedroom is equipped with 1 standard bed and 1 french bed, along with air conditioning. A shared bathroom serves the upper-floor bedrooms. The villa also features a large terrace of 30 m2, offering generous outdoor living space.
